Hotel government quarantine and UK Covid 19 testing costs

If you are a new or returning student and travelled to the UK for the September 2021 intake and haven’t yet submitted your claim for the reimbursement of Covid-related costs, you need to do so before the 31st March 2022.


If you have a claim to submit, please email your full name, USW Student ID and your receipts for government quarantine/UK testing costs to [email protected]. Your receipts must include a CTM locator that confirms payment and date of travel. For most students , the reimbursement will be a reduction against your outstanding tuition fees. Claims submitted after the 31st March 2022 will not be processed.


Please note that if you started a course with us in January and February 2022 and were required to quarantine in a government hotel upon arrival in the UK, you can also follow the instructions above to submit your claim. The deadline of the 31st March 2022 also applies to you.
