We know arriving in a new country for the first time can be an exciting but also worrying time.  The current pandemic has also changed the way a number of you will arrive in the UK and spend your first few days. Your student experience is important to us and we have been working and continue to work to ensure your overall experience is the best possible.

To ensure the best experience possible, the University is offering Self-Isolation packages for students to assist them if they need to Self Isolate on arrival to the UK.  The packages available are dependent on when you arrive in the UK but are all designed to support you and the travel options available to you.

We intend to deliver our welcome and support information in a blended format; with a proportion being delivered digitally, and where it is safe to do so, some support delivered in person and using social distancing and/or mitigating measures as deemed appropriate in line with government guidance.

If you have any questions about self isolation please see our Arrivals and Self Isolation guidance

If you have any accommodation queries please email accom@southwales.ac.uk

For all other queries, please email international.advice@southwales.ac.uk
